I am such a novice when it comes to jewellery shopping but I had to do it as it was a surprise birthday gift for my mother. Ratnalaya was the best option that came to my mind because of the trust and service. The staff was very helpful. Overall a great experience. Totally recommended for anyone.

Located near shalimar sweets . Prime location in kankarbagh,they have limited parking in front of the shop .road is wide and parking is sufficient in nearby lanes . They have basement parking also which is very helpful for medium size cars they follow strict covid and temperature check . Collection is good store is beautiful.

Very friendly staff, good service, and beautiful designs. I went there just to buy a pair of earrings. One of the staff showed me a beautiful necklace set with earrings. The design was so beautiful that I couldn’t stop myself from getting it. The ambience is also very good. Must visit if you are looking new and fancy design jewellery.

We had gone for wedding shopping….very good service they had amazing varieties in all possible range….the jewelry were not only traditional design but new type also….we got customised jewelry also made which was delivered within the TAT….thumbs up!!!
